Yoga & Calorie burning workout
Who says Yoga is boring? Well a few do but I have a very new perspective and appreciation for it. I did my first Yoga session at home doing all the common stretches especially those ones that strengthen my Piriformis muscle and Sacroiliac joint. I gotta say WOW!!!!!! Not because of the stretches noooooo (although great) but because of this burst of energy to do more. So I ended my 45 mins of Yoga then incorporated the stability ball performing various exercises including Hamstring Curl, Superman, Abdominal workout to name a few, ending with some Yoga stretches AGAIN lol. No I didn’t stop there I grabbed my dumb bells and kettlebell and did some shoulder exercises. Oh did I tell you the whole time I’m listening to the BEAT channel. This song came on “1 Thing by Amerie” and well I just dance…nothing like feeling sexy and strong after a workout then hearing the perfect song to make you shake that BOOTY. Give it a try people…This is my energy booster today for your tomorrow. 🙂
