Tell Show DOOOOOO!

An exercise will be demonstrated providing form, identifying muscle group, number of reps and sets ideal and it is to be completed for a week along side of what you are already doing or  heck friends it may be an exercise to get you active at home if you are a beginner wanting to incorporate fitness into your daily routine one exercise at a time. I will be changing it up from Cardio, weights, floor exercising etc.

At Home Videos

Before exercising remember to STRETCH, ideally holding each pose for 15- 30 secs. Once your have started exercising remember to stretch in between each set. SAFETY FIRST This category will provide at home video exercises, exercise forms(because form is KEY), with weights, no weights, resistance bands oh and using household items. Cause let me tell you I am going to get you up and moving in the comforts of your home. Lets do this friends.

Welcome to Tri-Fit Blog/ Also join me on facebook

Hey friends, thank you for joining my blog, a project I’ve been working on for over two months.  It was hard because I have never done this before so I had to learn on my free time and if you know me, I changed it several times hoping to make it perfect.  Anyways, I wanted to launch on my SPECIAL day March 1st, you guessed it my birthday but unfortunately it didn’t happen because of a gliche100_1580.  It is still a work in progress so please be patient while I work out all the kinks.

So what is TRIFIT, some of you may recognize the name associated with my Facebook profile.  I named this blog “TRIFIT”, TRI short for triple because you are going to get three main components. Now I say three but I promise there will be much more on here but this blog will focus primarily on the following; Nutrition, providing Clean eating tips(Know that I’m not a Nutritionist but a strong advocate for Healthy Eating) So I will be posting recipes, tips and even some Did You Know.  Exercises, advice and tips on how to train safely, how to prevent boredom or hitting a “PLATEAU” while training(ie. Treadmill), how to modify exercises and so so much more. Motivation, I know all to well what it feels like to lack the big M word. It in my opinion really has nothing to do with being lazy and I don’t think those two words, “Lazy” & “Unmotivated” are the same though many refer to themselves as being lazy. No No No unmotivated and I’m going to boost you daily with inspiring quotes and pics and my own two cents.   But like I said I will be going out all on this blog so stay put it’s going to be “uplifting,” pun intended lol.
